💰 Standard Counselling Rates
Our session rates follow the recommended fee schedule of the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta (PAA) and are consistent across our team.

🧾 Payment Information
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- eTransfer to intakes@revservices.ca
- Direct billing available with select insurance providers (please confirm at booking)
You will receive a detailed receipt after each session for insurance or tax purposes.
💡 Did you know: Counselling services provided by a Registered or Provisional Registered Psychologist, Registered Clinical Social Worker, or Canadian Certified Counsellor may be claimed as a medical expense on your personal income tax return?
🏥 Insurance Coverage
Many extended health benefit plans offer coverage for counselling provided by:
- Registered Psychologists (RPsych)
- Provisional Registered Psychologists
- Registered Clinical Social Workers (RCSW)
- Canadian Certified Counsellors (CCC)
Coverage varies by plan. Please check directly with your provider to confirm your eligibility and reimbursement rates.
If your plan allows direct billing, we can often submit claims on your behalf. Otherwise, you can submit your receipt for reimbursement.
⚖️ Sliding Scale & Reduced-Rate Options
We understand that finances can be a barrier to accessing support. A limited number of sliding-scale or reduced-rate sessions are available based on financial need and therapist availability.
In some cases, counselling students or unregistered counsellors working under supervision may be able to provide services at a lower rate. These sessions maintain the same professional standards of confidentiality and clinical oversight as our registered services.

🚫 Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed at the full session rate.
- Missed appointments (no-shows) are charged in full.
This policy helps ensure appointment times remain available for other clients in need.

We also provide specialized services including:
- Corporate consultations and workshops
- Consultations for Child and Family Services contracted agencies
- Mediation and conflict resolution
