Kim McKee, MSW, RCSW

Kim is a Registered Clinical Social Worker with 27 years’ experience providing support and therapy to children, adults and families in a variety of settings. Her practice is client centered and combines traditional therapies with experiential, animal assisted and play based interventions. Authenticity, compassion, and cultural sensitivity infuses every aspect of her work and relationships.

Some of Kim’s specialties and background include: Assessment and treatment of child and adolescent complex mental health challenges and neurodiverse presentations (including ADHD, Tourettes, ASD). She also specializes in areas of trauma, attachment disorders, anxiety and mood problems, addictions, crisis, and major life transitions and can support clients of all ages.

Kim has a strong background in assessment and treatment of child and adolescent complex mental health challenges and neurodiverse presentations. Trauma, attachment, anxiety, mood disorders, addictions, life transitions and stressors are just some of the areas in which Kim provides support to all age groups.

Due to her level of experience and training, Kim is also approved by ACSW to provide supervision to social workers seeking their RCSW designation as well as supporting other therapists seeking support and guidance in their professional practice.
