CBT-M (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness) Workshop
Explore the interactions between: Thouughts – Feelings – Behaviors
CBT-M is a psycho-educational course based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. This class can help you to learn foundational skills for managing issues such as stress, anxiety, and depression.
The group is suitable for adults over 19 that would like to learn better emotion management skills. It runs 1x per week for 5 weeks. Each session is 90 minutes and is being offered online to people located in Alberta
For participants in this group, discounted rates for individual counselling are available to further explore their emotion management or other issues.

Professional Consultations & Clinical Support
A significant part of David’s experience has been working with Social Services contracted agencies. He offers professional support to individuals and teams in behavior management, implementation of therapeutic treatment plans, training and employee development for areas such as group care, foster care, Outcome Based Service Delivery (OBSD) programs, Collaborative Service Delivery (CSD), and other Children’s Services programs.
Our experienced team of counsellors are available to provide clinical supervision and support to professionals working in Mental Health. We are able to supervise Provisional Psychologists; Clinical Social Workers; Masters of Social Work; and Bachelor of Social work students. We also provide clinical support to Children’s services teams; Foster Care programs; and educational teams.
