About Bazyl Stefanski

Experience & approach

Bazyl takes a holistic approach, exploring concerns through a cognitive and behavioural lens while also considering the family, community and systems surrounding each person.

Through conversations about difficult circumstances, relationships and coping patterns, he helps clients understand thoughts, feelings and behaviours that contribute to distress and develop practical ways forward.

His health-care experience includes schools, crisis services, medical stabilization, addictions treatment, incarceration and outpatient community clinics. He can collaborate with other professionals and service providers involved in a client’s care. Bazyl offers a warm, authentic approach that respects culture, perspective and lived experience.
