Chantelle is a registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists, holding a Master’s degree in School and Clinical Child Psychology. She specializes in supporting children, teens, and young adults, drawing on her background as a former teacher to connect deeply with young clients and understand the unique challenges they face in educational settings.

Chantelle has extensive experience providing therapeutic support across school, clinic, and community environments, working with children, adolescents, young adults, and individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, family transitions like divorce, ADHD, trauma, family violence, grief, and academic stress.

Her therapeutic approach is eclectic and evidence-based, incorporating modalities like Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). Rooted in humanistic and attachment theories, Chantelle’s work emphasizes the mind-body connection and each person’s inherent capacity for growth, autonomy, and resilience.
